About David L. Jass, Principal

David Jass is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Architecture, where he earned a Masters Degree of Art and Architecture in 1982. He currently has twenty eight years of experience in architecture and the construction industry. He has worked internationally and has a comprehensive understanding of planning, designing, developing and managing building projects. As an architect, he has managed the design and construction of projects from initial planning through owner occupancy. He has detailed knowledge of the various aspects of contracting for and managing design services and monitoring the construction-delivery process. 

Mr. Jass has international experience in both the public and private sectors of the industry. He has a diverse background of project types, including Retail Centers & Build-outs, Churches, Multi-Story Office Buildings, Educational Facilities, Multi-Story Residential Buildings, Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Imaging and Radiology Centers, Medical Offices, Museums and Libraries. He has held management positions at every firm he has worked with, and has been principal in charge of projects ranging from several hundred thousand to multi-million dollar contract amounts. 

He has an understanding of the need for quality, and well managed talent has brought project after project to a successful conclusion, resulting in frequent repeat clients. In short, he knows how the system works, and recognizes what must be done to make it work to full effectiveness. 

His ability to manage the design process and monitor the construction-delivery process through clear communication, sensitivity to design issues and tested technical knowledge are hallmarks he has developed to successfully meet the needs of the clients he has served.
